· Product Overview

The pulp-molded tableware production line consists of a pulping system, main equipment, vacuum system, high-pressure water system, and compressed-air system, and is used to manufacture disposable pulp-molded tableware. The line uses raw materials such as sugarcane pulp, bamboo pulp, wood pulp, reed pulp, and grass pulp, which are processed through shredding, refining, and the addition of chemical additives to formulate a slurry of specified consistency. The slurry is then subjected to vacuum action to ensure uniform adhesion to specially designed metal molds, forming wet blanks. These blanks subsequently undergo drying, hot pressing, edge trimming, and stacking to produce finished disposable pulp-molded food-service items. The main equipment has a per-unit capacity of 800 kg/day. Customized solutions can be developed based on the specific requirements of each customer.

It enables online screen changes without dismantling the mold, completing the operation in just five minutes. This significantly reduces space requirements, labor costs, and energy consumption, while improving equipment uptime, product yield, and overall product quality—and it is also easy to maintain and service.

1. Energy conservation
The transfer product employs motor-driven mesh frames, eliminating the need for vacuum suction and thereby reducing compressed air consumption by the vacuum pump.
 
2. Small footprint, high production capacity, and space-saving within the plant
Single-unit capacity is 1,000 kg/day, exceeding the market average.
 
3. Long cycle times for rapid mold loading, screen changing, and mold cleaning
Mold loading completed in 2 hours; screen change performed in 5 minutes without shutting down; mold cleaning conducted every 1–3 months.
 
4. Good product quality
The web-frame transfer mode and the design of heat-press molds without process holes can reduce carbon deposition contamination, minimize black spots on the product surface, and improve the yield of good products.
 
5. Simple maintenance
The equipment employs a pneumatic–servo drive system, with products transferred via a mesh frame; since there are no stringent repeat-positioning accuracy requirements, routine maintenance and servicing can be performed by ordinary maintenance technicians.
