IV. Main Structure of the Production Line
Pulping System: (Old newspapers, magazines, cardboard boxes, and other waste paper are processed through shredding, screening, and the addition of chemical additives to formulate a pulp slurry of a specified consistency for use in the forming process.)

Molding and Hot-Pressing System: (Vacuum is used to ensure uniform adhesion of the slurry to a specially designed molding die, forming a green body; the green body is then transferred to a hot-pressing film, where it undergoes drying and hot-pressing to produce the finished product, which is subsequently removed and stacked.)
