The fully automated premium molded-pulp packaging production line comprises a pulping system, main equipment, vacuum system, high-pressure water system, and compressed-air system, and is designed for manufacturing high-end inner liners or outer packaging. The line uses pulp boards made from sugarcane pulp, bamboo pulp, wood pulp, reed pulp, grass pulp, and other raw materials; these are processed through shredding, refining, and other operations to formulate a slurry of specified consistency. Subsequently, under vacuum, the pulp is evenly adhered to specially designed metal molds to form wet-formed blanks, which then undergo drying, hot pressing, edge trimming, and stacking before final completion.

The host system features integrated, hot-pressing, edge-cutting, and stacking functions all in one, enabling fully automated, continuous operation and reducing labor costs. The equipment boasts high speed, high precision, and excellent repeat positioning accuracy, making it suitable for manufacturing a wide range of complex products.
