The pulp-molded cup-lid production line comprises a pulping system, main equipment, vacuum system, high-pressure water system, and compressed-air system, and is designed for the manufacture of disposable pulp-molded cup lids. The line uses raw materials such as bagasse pulp, bamboo pulp, wood pulp, reed pulp, and grass pulp; these are processed through shredding, refining, and the addition of chemical additives to formulate a pulp slurry of specified consistency. Subsequently, under vacuum, the pulp is evenly adhered to specially designed metal molds to form wet blanks, which are then dried, hot-pressed, punched and trimmed, and stacked to produce finished disposable pulp-molded food-service items. The main equipment has a per-unit capacity of 100,000 pieces per day, and customized solutions can be tailored to meet specific customer requirements.
