Fully Automatic Paper Mold Production Line for Industrial Packages
· Product Overview
The fully automatic pulp-molding general-purpose packaging production line comprises a pulping system, a forming system, a drying system, a vacuum system, a high-pressure water system, and an air-compression system. It is used to produce packaging for electronic products, small household appliances, shock-absorbing inner packaging for industrial components, paper trays, and paper liners. The process uses waste paper—such as waste newspapers, waste cardboard, office paper, and trimmings—as raw material, which is mechanically pulped, filtered, and diluted with water to achieve a specified pulp consistency. The pulp is then formed into wet blanks by vacuum adsorption on specialized molds in the forming system, followed by drying on a dedicated drying line to complete the final product.
